RETURNS POLICY
Sizing
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size of the product before placing the order. I recommend checking the size using my size guide or with a professional.
I cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from an incorrect measurement or size selection made by the customer.
This provision will not affect the customer's legal rights in cases where there has been an error on my part, a product defect, or a different size from the one requested has been sent.
Custom Pieces
Returns under the right of withdrawal are not accepted for pieces that have been made according to the customer's specifications or that have been clearly personalized, in accordance with the exceptions provided for by applicable law.
Custom pieces are considered to be those that have been modified or specifically made following the customer's individual instructions, such as engravings, design modifications, special measurements, or other features expressly requested by the customer.
Catalogue Products
For catalogue products, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the product falls under one of the legally established exceptions.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision within this period and subsequently return the product according to the instructions provided.
The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless they are legally required to be covered by me due to one of the errors specified above.
In the event of withdrawal, IVANLAMARK will refund the corresponding amounts in accordance with applicable law, including, where applicable, the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard shipping method offered. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
IVANLAMARK may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof that it has been returned, in accordance with applicable law.
Handmade Production to Order
The rings and other pieces by IVANLAMARK are handcrafted and, in certain cases, production may begin specifically after the order has been placed and in the size selected by the customer.
The fact that a piece is made after an order has been placed does not, by itself, mean that it is considered a custom piece or remove the right of withdrawal when legally applicable.
When a piece has genuinely been made according to the customer's individual specifications or has been clearly personalized, the legally established exception to the right of withdrawal will apply.
Modifications After Delivery
Any modification requested by the customer after delivery, when it is not the result of a defect, lack of conformity, or an error on my part, may involve an additional cost.
The cost of any modification will be communicated to the customer in advance and must be accepted before the modification is carried out.
