The pieces are handmade, so there isn't a fixed shipping time — it depends on the product and the time required to make it. Because of this, it can vary from 1 week to up to 2 months in rare cases.

Thank you for understanding that this is not an industrial process and for your patience.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM PIECES, unless there is a defect in the product.

For items from the catalog, you have 15 days to request a return, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Any modifications requested after delivery will be charged separately.
